Location : Charolais cattle in France captured during the last ‘Forgotten France’ photographic workshop. I am leaving today for the next one and have been so looking forward to it as last year’s workshop was so much fun. A great group of photographers, fantastic subjects, fun times and delicious food did not hurt either!

It was just after sunrise when I captured this image using a hand held Canon 5DmkIII camera and a Canon EF 8-15mm f/4 L lens set to 15mm. I used autofocus and the camera was set to Aperture Priority mode, f/5.6, ISO 400 and daylight white balance. The camera chose 1/640 second which worked out well. The RAW processing and final adjustments were all done in Photoshop CC.
